Horrible!! My dog was going to die. He had a bone lodged in his throat. I called Monroe Veterinary to see if they had a vet available, the receptionist replied "we have a vet available but we're book." REALLY! The receptionist did even offer to ask the veterinarian if she/he could make time to assist my dog.
Always had great service and it it seems genuine that the staff and vet's truly care about our fur children.

Great caring staff takes care of the people as well as the animals. They're very helpful when asking questions and giving recommendations
They charged me almost twice as much for the same service as before and gave me three different reasons for it, charged wrongly the first time, charged this time for a discussion with the vet, so that cost more to talk and that it was my secondary vet service, so I had to pay more, absolutely ridiculous.
