I purchased a used vehicle from Alphorn Ford right around Memorial Day this year. The salesman was very attentive. Now a little over a month and change later I had an issue with the Timing Cover Gasket. It began to leak and I had to have it fixed. What was amazing is Alphorn stood behind their USED vehicle. They assisted me with repair costs even though they weren't the ones to do the repairs. Used vehicle was purchased "as is" as most are and they could have said well sorry that happens sometimes with vehicles with 120k miles, but they didn't. I will absolutely buy from them again if opportunity arises.
FALSELY indicated that the 2014 Ford Focus. "went through significant Ford 172 point used vehicle inspection". Literally days later; had it in another Ford dealer to replace the battery and had the clutch replaced due to known issues. Not sure how those items make it through a 172 point inspection. Guess is the inspection did not happen. If you purchase here - make sure you have your mechanic check prior. Do not trust.

We arrived late on a snowy, rainy Tuesday and Roy and manager, Eric, stayed way past closing time to complete the deal. Very fair price. Very nice APR on the quickly approved financing.
