I took my vehicle in for a persistent problem that was not fixed by several visits to another shop. Jeremiah and his team took the time to pay close attention and noticed details that had been previously missed. With research they were able to find the source of my problem. They were honest that it did not need to be fixed immediately and I could drive safely with it the way that it was. The noise it was making was driving me crazy and I chose to have the part replaced, but truly appreciated their honesty. They now have a loyal customer with a peacefully quiet vehicle.
Great service, they were able to drop me off at work. They would also pick me up if needed. They were honest about the issue with my car. I will definitely go back.

Can't give zero stars. They cheated my graduate student daughter, performing work she did not pre-authorize and guilting her in to additional work. What graduate student can afford a $2000 clutch?

My experience buying my first car from a dealer went amazing. We tried two other places an was told I have income but cannot be accepted for the vehicle we wanted. We needed something with space and these guys were able to not only get us into a spacious vehicle but get Me into MY dream car. One I've been waiting so many years for. Anyone who is looking for a car I would highly recommend these guys cuz they can make it happen!
Update: Thanks for your response. My daughter has informed me that you both had spoken and it sounds like there were communication issues due to her distance from your shop and the vehicle while you were working on it. She tried daily to determine the status and get updates. However, it seems as though she was not able to speak with the right person to get the full picture (including the additional work/cost) until the final call with the final price and the brake job recommendation (which she approved). She is satisfied with the resolution you offered. Thank you for listening to her concerns and working something out.
